As a member of the Emeralds Program, you’ll be paired with a personal mentor who will help you sharpen your skills and prepare for interviews.

You will also build capabilities in problem-solving, case work, and collaboration, while connecting with an inspiring network of talented students across the country. 

At the end of the program, all participants are offered a first-round interview for either an internship or full-time position at BCG in Sweden.
